By completing and submitting this enquiry form, I hereby acknowledge, confirm and agree as follows:

I consent to the Developer collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, disclosing and otherwise processing my personal data provided through this website, including but not limited to my:

1. basic identifiers — name, age, gender, date of birth, nationality and marital status;
2. official identification — identity card or passport number;
3. contact details — phone or mobile number, fax number, address and email address;
4. background information — occupation, employer and educational history;
5. financial information — income range, banking details, insurance information, credit profile, and loan or financing particulars;
6. preferred project, property type or unit;
7. property-purchasing preferences and requirements; and
8. any other information voluntarily provided by me,

collectively referred to as “Personal Data”.

I consent to the Developer processing my Personal Data for the following purposes:

1. to receive, record and respond to my enquiry;
2. to provide information concerning the project, property, unit, price, availability, promotions and related matters in which I have expressed an interest;
3. to contact me and communicate with me through telephone calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other electronic communication channels;
4. to arrange appointments, sales presentations, property viewings, site visits or meetings with the Developer’s representatives;
5. to provide follow-up services and attend to any further enquiries made by me;
6. to maintain the Developer’s enquiry, prospective purchaser and customer relationship records;
7. to conduct internal administrative, statistical, market research and business-planning activities, provided that any reports generated for such purposes shall, where reasonably practicable, not directly identify me; and
8. to comply with any applicable legal, regulatory or governmental requirements.

I acknowledge and consent that, where reasonably necessary for the foregoing purposes, the Developer may disclose my Personal Data to:

1. the Developer’s directors, officers and employees;
2. the Developer’s related, associated or affiliated companies;
3. the Developer’s appointed sales representatives, real estate agents, marketing agents or project consultants;
4. service providers engaged by the Developer, including website administrators, information technology providers, cloud-storage providers, third-party software providers, customer relationship management service providers and communication service providers;
5. the Developer’s professional advisers, including solicitors, auditors and consultants;
6. bank, financial institution and insurance companies involved in my transaction; and
7. governmental departments, regulatory bodies, local authorities or law-enforcement agencies where such disclosure is required or permitted by law.

The Developer shall not disclose my Personal Data to any unrelated third party for purposes inconsistent with the purposes stated above, except with my consent or where permitted or required by law.

Where reasonably necessary, the Developer may transfer or permit the transfer of my Personal Data outside Malaysia to related companies, cloud service providers or other service providers located in other jurisdictions, and that any such transfer shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable legal requirements.

The Developer shall take reasonable and practical steps to safeguard my Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

My Personal Data shall be retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Notice, to maintain the Developer’s business records or to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

I acknowledge that the provision of my name and contact details is voluntary. However, if I do not provide the Personal Data marked as mandatory in the enquiry form, the Developer may be unable to respond to my enquiry or provide the requested project information.

I acknowledge that, where I have provided the Developer with the personal data of any third party (including, for example, my emergency contact person, tenant, authorised representative, contractor, lawyer or financier), I am responsible for having obtained the prior consent of that third party to allow the Developer to collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal data in relation to the purpose.

I may, subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any applicable law:

1. request access to my Personal Data held by the Developer;
2. request correction of any inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated Personal Data;
3. request that my Personal Data be transferred to third party where applicable;
4. withdraw my consent to the continued processing of my Personal Data;
5. request that the Developer cease processing my Personal Data for direct-marketing purposes; or
6. make any enquiry or complaint concerning the processing of my Personal Data.

Any withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the Developer receives and processes my withdrawal request.

1. the Personal Data provided by me is true, accurate and complete;
2. I have read and understood this Personal Data Protection Notice; and
3. I consent to the processing and disclosure of my Personal Data for the purposes stated above.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Personal Data” and “processing” shall have the meanings assigned to them under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended from time to time.
